SB Corporation honored its outstanding bank partners during the recently held 2008 Bank Excellence Awards that capped the 17th year anniversary of  the state-run agency for small enterprise development.  Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation is SB Corporation’s Distinguished Partner in Credit Guarantees for consistently  providing credit opportunities for SMEs  and for its outstanding performance under the SB Corporation guarantee programs.
